Product video voice over

A product video voice describes what the thing does and why it matters, clearly enough that someone can decide to buy. Names, numbers and features must be spoken exactly right.

Before you start

  • The product names, model numbers and terms to pronounce.
  • Whether the video will exist in several markets.
  • The claims that need legal or technical approval.

What you receive

A voice track in the agreed tone, with the pronunciation list used documented for later versions.

A common mistake

Leaving out a pronunciation list, so model names are said differently in different versions.

How it works

  1. 01

    Brief

You tell the studio what the piece is for, who will hear or see it and where it will run.

  2. 02

    Produce

The studio casts, directs and produces it, with native speakers for every language.

  3. 03

    Review

A person checks the result against the brief, and a native speaker reviews each language, before delivery.

Questions

Who confirms the pronunciation of product names?

The client supplies the list, ideally with a recording. We keep it on file so later versions and other languages say the names the same way.

One project, several markets?

If the work spans several services or languages, talk to the studio directly and we will put the right team on it.
